Unlimited number of Details may be added to any Order. Each Detail can be specified with its own Category Text, Unit, Quantity, and of course, Price. You can use Copy/Paste with any of the text fields, simplifying the job of wordy repetitive Category descriptions. Or, you can leave the default Text, as defined in Parameters... Note that you can Fax or Print the Order from here, or Add/Delete/Edit details in any order. The Details tab for Variance Purcahse Orders is similar in appearance. |
