Order Totals are calculated automatically. For Purchase Orders, the Tax amount is calculated automatically, using the predefined Category Types (in Parameters). You can also overwrite the calculated Tax amount if you so wish. For Purchase Orders, the Draw Total is calculated automatically and compared to the Order Total. If it should happen that the Draw Total exceeds the Order Total, the corresponding fields will blink thus calling your attention to the situation. |
