If you chose Text File or Printer as your report destination, data is laid out in a simple fashion where each line contains a single measured parameter. The first 16 positions are always used by the label and data is always written starting from position (column) 17. Log.txt is a sample report layout

Of course, you are not limited to one filename only....
Note the dash lines separating data from different files - those are the only lines that do not contain a label. Further, data contents is different for files of different format and structure - for example, raster-related information is not reported for vector files as it makes no sense in their context.
